Background. The article describes a method of processing the results of measurements of frequency and time parameters of operational amplifiers (op amp).
Materials and method. A user creates a database of initial data, including the minimum allowable values of the measured frequency and time parameters with which the op amp parameters measurement results are compared at the preliminary stage. Upon the results of this comparison a decision is taken about the compliance to requirements of technical specifications. An op amp macromodel is created taking into account the initial data and the measured parameters.
Results. The main stages of the method of processing the results of measurements of frequency and time parameters of op amp were defined. The list of initial data and measured parameters of op amp necessary to produce datasheet and calcu-lation of macromodel op amp was compiled. Calculated ratios allowing to express the parameters of the macromodel elements directly through static and dynamic parameters of op amp were obtained.
Conclusions. The method of automated processing of the results of measurements of frequency and time parameters of op amp was developed. All procedures of the method were performed in the LabVIEW National Instruments software environment. Testing of the developed software implementation of the proposed method showed its efficiency and operability.
